A niche is any keyword that describes your market or content topic. Examples: skincare, home gym equipment, meal prep, vintage clothing, pet accessories. The more specific your keyword, the more targeted your results. You can change it anytime.
For each niche, Tokabout pulls: top 5 videos sorted by likes in the past 7 days (with view count, creator, and link), top 5 sounds sorted by usage in your niche, and top 10 hashtags sorted by post count and view count.
Starter and Brand plans receive a digest every Monday at 8am UTC. Agency plan receives a digest every day at 8am UTC.
Yes. Log in and swap any niche slot to a new keyword anytime. There is no limit on swaps and no extra charge. The change takes effect on your next scheduled digest.
Tokabout pulls live public data from TikTok — the same content anyone can see on the platform. No TikTok account or login is required from you.
TikTok Creative Center shows general platform-wide trends. Tokabout filters specifically for your niche keyword and delivers results to your inbox automatically. You do not need to log in or run searches manually.

CSV export is available on the Agency plan. Download trend data for any niche from your account page for use in client reports or spreadsheets.
The swap updates immediately in your account. Your next scheduled digest uses the new niche keyword. If a digest is already in progress it completes with the old niche. There is no charge for swapping.
Cancel from your account page at any time. Your subscription ends at the next billing date and you keep access until then.
We do not offer refunds. You can cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
No free trial. The first digest arrives the Monday after you complete signup. Agency subscribers receive their first digest the morning after signup.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. Cards are charged monthly or annually depending on your billing choice at signup.
