Tokabout is a subscription email service that delivers digests of trending TikTok videos, sounds, and hashtags filtered by a niche keyword chosen by you. Digests are sent weekly (Starter and Brand plans) or daily (Agency plan) at 8am UTC.
Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide. Your subscription continues until you cancel.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancel from your account page or by emailing support@tokabout.com.
Tokabout digests are for your own use. You may use the data internally — content planning, product research, client reporting. You may not resell raw digest data as a standalone product or republish it as your own dataset.
Tokabout is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. All TikTok trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Tokabout reports on public TikTok content — the same videos, sounds, and hashtags any TikTok visitor can see. We do not access private profiles, restricted content, or account-specific data.
We make best efforts to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every digest will arrive at exactly 8am UTC. If a digest run fails due to a third-party outage, we attempt to recover and re-send.
TikTok metrics in digests reflect public data at the time of collection. Numbers shift constantly on TikTok. We do not warrant that view counts, post counts, or rankings will match TikTok at any later moment.
Tokabout is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
